I am an award-winning Business Strategy & Growth Leader and consultant. I've spent 8+ years at Deloitte, where I’ve been leading the Customer Experience & Product Strategy team, COO for Customer Strategy and Chief of Staff to the Head of Retail. I have been ranked in the top 5% of my cohort for the last 5 years.

I play at the intersection of strategy, insights, technology and operations, where I design new customer propositions, build new digital businesses and products from idea into launch.
